Between 2003 and today, I have been producing works of graphic design, web design, video production, and photography. While all of my work is not available on my website or here, this page features my best and favorite projects. If you have any questions regarding a project, don’t hesitate to contact me.
Since 2008, my interest in photography began to grow. It started as a need to fill a void in producing video content when I lacked the resources or projects to work on a production. It has since grown into a passion that I think about day in and day out. This is my creative outlet to express myself and take my mind off of the stresses of life.
My photography doesn’t follow one or two genres of the art. My passion takes me to nearly all subject matters and my portfolio reflects this. When the opportunity is available, I shoot portraits, events and concerts, landscapes, sunset, flowers, macro, and beyond.
The photos in my portfolio are not in any particular order.
As the Multimedia & Emerging Technology Specialist supporting academic needs for Lewis University, one goal was to develop a support site that offered easy to access support documents, best practices, and help guides for both faculty and students. The Faculty Center is a small department without a dedicated web developer in the department. I had taken it upon myself to examine the Lewis University website source code to develop a template for the new help site and match the university’s branding. After developing the template, I began to build the individual pages and add content where it was needed. Responsive design was also important and was factored into every page’s design and function.
A client had begun working with a web development company to build a website and company with the purpose of connecting security guard training and jobs with potential students and trained professionals. The company developed the look and feel of the website and established the content management platform with WordPress prior to my involvement.
As he was displeased with the company’s service, I was approached to assist in building the remainder of the pages and provide guidance on direction of the website. While not all of my recommendations or professional advice was taken, this has been a successful collaborative project.
My personal website has featured my artistic digital creations since 2004. Early in my web presence, my website featured video production I had worked on, renders of 3D models I had created, some 3D animation, graphic design, and web design that pre-dated current standards (which are also no longer active on the web).
This website has gone through many revisions over the years. Many of these versions were hand-coded by myself using HTML and CSS standards. Typically, these designs began in Photoshop to develop a look and feel. Necessary graphics were cut from the template and coding began. As I began to take an interest in photography and this content began to overshadow my other work, maintaining a HTML website without a content management system became inefficient. To remedy this, I moved to a self-hosted WordPress content management system. The previous 2 revisions, including this one, have been built and maintained on WordPress.
As the Multimedia & Emerging Technology Specialist supporting academic needs for Lewis University, I produced a number of academic-related videos for various colleges on campus. The videos included in the playlist to the left include several from the College of Nursing and from the Academic Technology Solutions department.

Prior to working at Lewis University, I had worked for CBS Radio producing video content for 7 Chicagoland radio stations. Below are my favorite productions from these radio stations.
