Growing Your Business with Instagram: During winter 2021, the Tinley Park Library hired me to conduct a virtual presentation designed to help patrons use Instagram more effectively to engage with their audience and grow their business’ social presence.

Improving Your Photography (2012): While employed at Lewis University, I offered an in-person presentation to help faculty and staff improve their own photography skills. The content was designed to target beginners, but also offer some information intermediate photographers could walk away with as well.

How to Edit Video Using Adobe Premiere: While employed at Lewis University, I needed to train student workers and graduate assistants regularly to assist in my daily duties. Among those duties was editing video and in case I was absent or a project required time constraints, it was important that at least one other person could fill in for my duties. This is a short document that could be printed and used as a reference when starting a project in Adobe Premiere.

How to Record a Voice Over in PowerPoint: While employed at Lewis University, on-demand learning was growing and more faculty wanted to self-produce their own educational video content. In order to address this need for those without a camera or uninterested in being on camera, I created a guide for recording a voice-over in PowerPoint that ends in exporting the finished project as a video. The intention would have been for the professor to upload the video to the Learning Management System or wherever they chose.

How to Add Video to Blackboard using Video Everywhere: In an attempt to draw attention to a new feature while at Lewis University, I crated a quick guide on using “Video Everywhere” for faculty to use. The feature allows professors to record their own video content directly into the Learning Management System without the need for additional software or uploading content after it has been recorded.
