Planning To Go Live: Seeking Help

I know it’s been a long time since I’ve posted anything new, but I’m hoping to start something back up here soon. I’d like to become more socially active as well and one way I’d like to is through Google Hangouts On-Air. In other words, live on YouTube. But I can’t do it alone, I need you, whatever followers I do have, to chime in with feedback and volunteer to join me in discussions live.

My goal isn’t just to be some techy talk-show, though. I want to provide useful information to others. This includes tips, tricks, how-to’s, tutorials, Q&A, you name it. As long as it is educational, I’m all for it. Me being a photographer and video producer as well, you can guess that will be the direction my videos and other lessons will go. I am open to branching out if anyone cares to discuss other topics with me too.

There are many reasons to streaming live video, but streaming live on YouTube also means it stores a copy of the video for viewers to view after airing live. I want to take this further. Friday I saw that YouTube has launched a beta of Questions – a quizzing feature inside of the video player. I’d like to experiment with this as well, despite it being early in development and not quite ready for prime-time.

So please, reach out to me with feedback on the idea or topics and let me know if you’re willing to go live with me. And look for me on Google+ if you’re willing to join me on the air.
